Project Overview
A large water treatment plant required a fully integrated final influent water quality panel to monitor essential water quality parameters with built-in redundancy. Additionally, a composite sampler was necessary to grab samples based on flow rates.
Customer Requirements
The customer required a panel that could measure and continuously monitor the following parameters:
Turbidity
Dissolved Oxygen
Chlorine Measurement
pH Levels
Total Nitrogen
Total Phosphorus
Additionally, a composite sampler was required to collect samples based on real-time flow rates.
ICC Systems Solution
To address these requirements, ICC Systems designed and implemented a customized monitoring panel that ensured efficient sampling and data collection with redundancy in place. Key features of the system included:
A structured panel layout that neatly organized cables and sample feed lines.
A stainless steel sink to collect all drainage, facilitating easy sample collection and troubleshooting.
Integrated bubble traps to maintain smooth and consistent flow rates, ensuring the highest level of measurement reliability.
