Project Overview

A large water treatment plant required a fully integrated final influent water quality panel to monitor essential water quality parameters with built-in redundancy. Additionally, a composite sampler was necessary to grab samples based on flow rates.

Customer Requirements

The customer required a panel that could measure and continuously monitor the following parameters:

  • Turbidity

  • Dissolved Oxygen

  • Chlorine Measurement

  • pH Levels

  • Total Nitrogen

  • Total Phosphorus

Additionally, a composite sampler was required to collect samples based on real-time flow rates.

ICC Systems Solution

To address these requirements, ICC Systems designed and implemented a customized monitoring panel that ensured efficient sampling and data collection with redundancy in place. Key features of the system included:

  • A structured panel layout that neatly organized cables and sample feed lines.

  • A stainless steel sink to collect all drainage, facilitating easy sample collection and troubleshooting.

  • Integrated bubble traps to maintain smooth and consistent flow rates, ensuring the highest level of measurement reliability.

Installed System

Below are images of the installed system:

Conclusion

The solution provided by ICC Systems enabled the treatment plant to efficiently monitor critical water quality parameters while ensuring continuous operation with built-in redundancy. The customer now benefits from improved data reliability, easier sample collection, and better troubleshooting capabilities.
